Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds pickeral fish (2 fillets, skinless)
  • 1/4 cup red onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon thyme, chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Tear off 8 pieces of foil large enough to enclose the fish pieces

  • Step 2: Double the foil so you now have 4 pieces of foil

  • Step 3: Divide the fish fillet into 4 servings

  • Step 4: Place each serving on a piece of foil

  • Step 5: Top each with 1/4 of the onion, wine, garlic thyme, salt and pepper.

  • Step 6: Bring the foil up over the fish, double fold and press the edges to seal

  • Step 7: Place in 400 oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily
