Step 1: Heat a large non stick frying pan over medium heat and add the chorizo and cook, turning occasionally for 5 mins or until golden brown.
Step 2: Add the mushroom and garlic and cook stirring for 5 minutes or until they are softened.
Step 3: Stir in the rosemary, marjoram and thyme and toss until combined.
Step 4: Heat through.
Step 5: Serve immediately.
