Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 pound chorizo sausages, thickly sliced
  • 8 to 12 ounces fresh mushrooms, thickly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leave, chopped,
  • 1 tablespoon fresh marjoram, chopped,
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat a large non stick frying pan over medium heat and add the chorizo and cook, turning occasionally for 5 mins or until golden brown.

  • Step 2: Add the mushroom and garlic and cook stirring for 5 minutes or until they are softened.

  • Step 3: Stir in the rosemary, marjoram and thyme and toss until combined.

  • Step 4: Heat through.

  • Step 5: Serve immediately.
