  • 1 1/8 cups water (1 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
  • 2 tablespoons cream of coconut
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (or additional walnuts)
  • 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add all ingredients to bread pan in order suggested by manufacturer, and run regular or RapidBake cycle.

  • Step 2: To bake in oven: Add all ingredients to bread pan in order suggested by manufacturer. Run dough cycle.

  • Step 3: Shape and let rise, covered, about 40 minutes, or until nearly doubled.

  • Step 4: Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit.

  • Step 5: Bake for 30 minutes, or until crust is browned and loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
