Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish (hot prepared
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic,finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (or real bacon bits or 2 strips bacon crisp fried and crumbled)
  • Burger buns (4 of your favorite)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Lightly mix together the beef, egg, cheese, horseradish, salt, pepper, garlic cloves and bacon bits

  • Step 2: Shape into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick

  • Step 3: Pan fry in a lightly oiled pan or gill over hot coals - apprx 5 minutes per side

  • Step 4: Serve on buns with your favorite condiments
