Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour into bowl of a food processor.
Step 3: Add butter and pulse until it forms a fine, sandy mixture with no pieces of butter larger than a big pea.
Step 4: Return the mixture to the mixing bowl and add the buttermilk and vanilla and stir dough with a fork until it comes together into a shaggy, moist ball.
Step 5: Add in mini marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate chips and knead in until well distributed.
Step 6: Divide dough into two pieces and shape each into a disc about 1/2 inch thick. Cut each disc into quarters and arrange on prepared baking sheet.
Step 7: Bake for 16-20 minutes, until scones are set. Marshmallows will be browned and toasty. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
