Step 1: Place frozen chicken breast in crock pot.*
Step 2: In a bowl, combine soup, mushrooms, milk, wine, and seasonings, then pour over chicken.
Step 3: Turn crock pot to high and cook for 3 hours. *If using thawed or fresh chicken breast, turn crock pot to low.
Step 4: Add carrots and celery, reduce heat to low, and continue cooking an additional 3 hours. I stir hourly, but it's optional.
Step 5: Before serving, stir and partially shred chicken; serve over 1/3 cup brown rice.
