Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 pounds chicken wings (drumettes)
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
  • Salt blend
  • Black pepper
  • Chipolte pepper powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup Earth Balance spread
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup honey

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in fryer to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Blend GF flour and spices (to taste).

  • Step 3: Dredge chicken drumettes in flour mixture (I like to use plastic bag and shake).

  • Step 4: Heat Earth balance, honey, and GF Barbecue sauce in sauce pan over medium heat to blend.

  • Step 5: Shake excess flour off drumettes.

  • Step 6: Fry drumettes in hot oil for about 8 minutes.

  • Step 7: Transfer drumettes to sauce mixture.

  • Step 8: Toss to coat.

  • Step 9: Serve!
