Ingredients
- 3/4 cup dulce de leche (in CR, the El Angel brand)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to Make

Step 1: Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and heat, stirring regularly, until it reaches a simmer.

Step 2: Let cool and store in a jar, refrigerated.

Yields 20 servings if using 2 tablespoons per serving. I use more - LOL!
