Step 1: Place chopped apple in a food processor with sherry and process until finely mashed.
Step 2: Then add the dates and pulse it 3-4 times.
Step 3: Scoop out mash and place in a bowl.
Step 4: Add almonds, brown sugar and cinnamon and mix together until even color.
Step 5: Place mixture in a container with lid and refrigerate.
