  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400f

  • Step 2: Spread the butter on the mackeral filets

  • Step 3: Place them in foil, sealing them in by folding the tops together and bringing in the sides making an envelope

  • Step 5: Place on heated plates squeeze lemon juice over them -

  • Step 6: Serve warm
