Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups dry rice (converted rice, NOT minute rice, I use Uncle Bens Converted)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 pack dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can (248 ml) mushrooms (Drained, I use two cans, drained)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pre-Heat oven to 350

  • Step 2: Use a deep casserole dish with a lid

  • Step 3: Add all ingredients into casserole dish

  • Step 4: Stir and cover. Place in oven for 1 hour

  • Step 5: At the 1 hour mark remove from oven and stir. If there is still liquid cook for additional 30min. If no liquid but very moist, cook for additional 15min.
