Step 1: To make chocolate pastry: In a food processor or a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, and salt; whirl or mix to blend.
Step 2: Add in butter; using fingers blend until fine crumbs form.
Step 3: Add egg yolk and vanilla; mix until blended.
Step 4: Lightly spray 9-inch pie pan with non-stick spray. Pour mixture into pan and press evenly over bottom, up sides and across rim. Pinch in decorative edge, or press with tines of fork.
Step 5: Bake 350 degrees 15-17 minutes or until crust is darker around edges.
Step 6: Cool and fill with no-bake fillings.
