Step 1: In a bowl beat the eggs until frothy.
Step 2: Add the buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla and mix well.
Step 3: Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt, and mix just until just blended - there should be some lumps.
Step 4: Heat lightly greased griddle at 350 degrees.
Step 5: Pour about 1/3 cup of the batter onto griddle for each pancake.
Step 6: Cook until the tops of the pancakes are covered with tiny bubbles and the batter is set.
Step 7: Flip pancakes and cook until the undersides are golden brown.
Step 8: Repeat with remaining batter.
