  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • Capers for garnish

  • Step 1: Drain Salmon.

  • Step 2: Remove skin and bones.

  • Step 3: Flake salmon in bowl.

  • Step 7: Mash together.

  • Step 8: Place in a serving bowl and garnish with capers.
