  • 4 ounces mixed berries (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt (Greek yogurt)
  • 3 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoons honey

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine bananas, 1/2 cup of the orange juice, the berries, yogurt, wheat germ and honey in a blender.

  • Step 2: Cover and blend for about 1 min, until all ingredients are mixed. While blending, pour in remaining orange juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
