Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 cup milk (low-fat is okay)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup apple, chopped (peeled, tart)
  • 1 large peach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Half and half or milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Combine the eggs, milk and butter; add to the dry ingredients. Stir in the apple, peaches and blueberries.

  • Step 2: Pour into an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cut into squares. Serve with half and half or milk.
