  • 1 pound extra-lean ground chicken
  • 2 to 3 jalapeno peppers (fresh, seeded, finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup low-cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons yellow onions, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425F, cover a baking sheet with "Release" foil or use regular foil and lightly spray with oil

  • Step 2: Mix together all the ingredients and form into 16 meatballs

  • Step 3: Place on prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until they are completely cooked internal temp 165f
