Step 1: Cut Avocados in half and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. Add green onion, tomato, jalapeno,Lime,Cilantro,salt and Cayenne pepper.
Step 2: Using large tablespoon chop and mix Avocado with the rest of the ingredients. You want some small chunks of Avocado to remain.
Step 3: Serve on Club or Ritz crackers or with tortilla chips or use in your favorite recipe that calls for guacamole such as cheese eggs wrapped in a tortilla.
