Step 1: Layer 2 slices of the corned beef over each other to the the same length of one pickle.
Step 2: Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on top of the layered corned beef slices.
Step 3: Place the pickle at one end of the meat and roll the meat over the pickle.
Step 4: Repeat for the remaining ingredients.
Step 5: Place these rolls seam side down and slice into "sushi" rolls.
Step 6: Plate and serve.
