Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 corned beef slices
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (I used herb and garlic)
  • 4 medium dill pickles

How to Make

  • Step 1: Layer 2 slices of the corned beef over each other to the the same length of one pickle.

  • Step 2: Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on top of the layered corned beef slices.

  • Step 3: Place the pickle at one end of the meat and roll the meat over the pickle.

  • Step 4: Repeat for the remaining ingredients.

  • Step 5: Place these rolls seam side down and slice into "sushi" rolls.

  • Step 6: Plate and serve.
