How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the flour and oregano together in a shallow bowl; set aside.

  • Step 2: Cut the halloumi into 1/4 inch strips.

  • Step 4: Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the cheese until slightly golden brown about 2 1/2 minutes per side.

  • Step 5: Place on pita bread or fajita shell and serve with lemon wedges.
