  • 1 can (127 ml) green chilies
  • 7 to 8 cups mixed lettuce greens
  • 35 to 40 grape tomatoes, halved (or cherry tomatoes halved)
  • 1 cup mixed cooked beans (canned)
  • 4 ounces old cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Nacho or corn chips, crushed (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup salsa sauce
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the ground turkey according to seasoning packet directions, stir in the chiles and allow cooling about 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Top with the cheese and corn chips or nacho chips, if using.

  • Step 5: Place the sour cream and salsa sauce in two individual bowls and allow guests to spoon this over their salad.
