Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F; line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Step 2: Lay graham crackers side by side touching each other in rows on baking sheet.
Step 3: Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan and boil for 3 minutes without stirring.
Step 4: Pour evenly over crackers.
Step 5: Bake for 5 minutes; remove from oven.
Step 6: Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the caramel and let sit for 5 minutes to melt.
Step 7: Spread chocolate over all the crackers with knife and sprinkle with nuts.
Step 8: Place in refrigerator until hard.
Step 9: Break into pieces and enjoy!
