How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F; grease a 9x9-inch pan.

  • Step 2: Combine flour, butter and pecans; press into pan.

  • Step 3: Bake for 15 minutes; remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

  • Step 4: Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar together until smooth; spread over crust.

  • Step 5: Spread pie filling over cream cheese layer.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup sugar over pie filling.

  • Step 7: Cover and refrigerate at least an hour before cutting and serving.
