  • 2 tablespoons yellow onion (fine diced)
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes (seeded, 1/4 inch dice)
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh squeezed
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Wash all produce before using.

  • Step 2: Cut avocado in half and remove pit.

  • Step 3: Using a soup spoon, remove avocado meat from the hull and place into a mixing bowl.

  • Step 4: Mash avocado meat to desired consistency.

  • Step 5: Add the rest of the ingredients, and fold gently checking for salt level.

  • Step 6: If you desire a spicier guacamole, add deveined and seeded fresh diced jalapenos or Serrano peppers.
