Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese (cut into a 1/4 inch small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons poblano peppers (seeded, diced)
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers (use more if more heat is desired, seeded and deveined, diced)
  • 2 tablespoons diced yellow onions
  • 2 tablespoons diced red bell peppers

How to Make

  • Step 1: Wash all produce before using.

  • Step 2: Mix Velveeta with milk and melt in a double boiler (or you can place in a microwave proof bowl and microwave for approximately 45 seconds, stirring once).

  • Step 3: While the cheese is melting, melt the butter in a saute pan, and add the rest of the ingredients, and cook until tender, being careful not to burn.

  • Step 4: When cheese mix is melted add the sauteed ingredients to bowl, and using a plastic spatula fold together.

  • Step 5: Serve with tortilla chips.
