Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Break down head of cauliflower into small florets. Or you can use 2 12 ounce bags of fresh florets. Place in a large bowl.
Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients, EXCEPT the bacon and Panko breadcrumbs, adding only enough of the water to make it the consistency of a bottled creamy salad dressing. Pour over cauliflower florets and toss to coat all.
Step 4: Pour into a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 5: Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and Panko breadcrumbs.
Step 6: Bake in preheated 350 degree F. oven for 55-60 minutes, or until lightly browned and tender-crisp.
