Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 teaspoons oil (olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon gingerroot, grated
  • 1 bunch bok choy
  • Salt to taste
  • Soy sauce to taste (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, sesame oil, and ginger; set aside.

  • Step 2: Pull the leaves off the base of the bok choy and slice off the very bottom of the stem to remove any tough pieces.

  • Step 3: Wash and pat dry; chop into bit size pieces.

  • Step 4: Heat wok or large frying pan over medium high heat.

  • Step 5: Add the sesame mixture to wok and add the bok choy.

  • Step 6: Stir fry for about 5-7 minutes (you want it to be a wee bit crunchy)

  • Step 7: Plate and drizzle with soy sauce if using and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
