Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F; spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2: Slice a pocket in each chicken breast half, and place two slices each of avocado and cream cheese in each pocket.
Step 3: Close pockets with toothpicks and bake for 45 minutes.
Step 4: Spoon salsa evenly over top of chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes.
