Step 1: Soak nuts in filtered water for about 8 hours.
Step 2: Rinse and strain. Add to a bowl with the coconut, almond meal, applesauce, stevia, coconut sugar, vanilla and strawberries or blueberries.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix chia seed meal, cinnamon and sea salt. Combine the two bowls.
Step 4: Dehydrate at about 115 degrees overnight, or until it's dry and crunchy.
