  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 pounds chicken wings (whole)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients, except wings, together well in a bowl.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 3: Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.

  • Step 4: Place wings, skin side down, on the baking sheet and bake for thirty minutes, flipping them over after 15 minutes.

  • Step 5: Drizzle sauce over wings, turn to coat and bake for another 15 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through (this will depend on how thick the wings are), turning as needed so they do not stick.

  • Step 6: Pour wings into a serving platter along with the pan juices.
