  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil (lite olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400f

  • Step 2: In a large zip lock bag mix the oil, thyme, honey

  • Step 3: Add carrots to the bag shake to coat all sides

  • Step 4: Place in a single layer in an oven proof pan

  • Step 5: Roast for 25 minutes or until the carrots are cooked to your liking

  • Step 6: Season with salt and pepper - serve
