  • 1/2 box (10 ounce) frozen spinach (cooked, then squeeze out all moisture with your hands, then chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grease a 9-inch, deep-dish pie plate.

  • Step 2: In a bowl mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk, Worcestershire, pepper and Tabasco until smooth. Mix in chopped spinach, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.

  • Step 3: Spread into pie plate.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.

  • Step 5: Bake uncovered for 25-50 minutes, then serve.
