Step 1: Pour 1 cup coconut milk, garlic, lime juice, brown sugar, fish sauce, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, hot pepper flakes, onion powder and cayenne pepper into a large re-sealable plastic bag; swish the ingredients together to mix well.
Step 2: Add the chicken and toss to coat inside and out; seal bag and place in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
Step 3: Cook in a rotisserie oven or over a BBQ rotisserie until cooked through.
Step 4: Meat thermometer should read 165 degrees when inserted into the deepest part of the thigh, just over the bottom of breast bone, about 2 hours.
