Step 1: Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, hot sauce and smoked paprika.
Step 2: Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 3: Finely grind the nuts.
Step 4: Remove the cheese mixture from the refrigerator.
Step 5: Place the ground nuts in a plate.
Step 6: Grease your hands with olive oil and form the cheese mixture into a ball.
Step 7: Roll over the nuts to coat.
Step 8: Serve with your favourite crackers.
