  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk
  • 3 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules (heaping)
  • 1 package (10 ounce) raspberry chocolate chips (Hershey's)
  • 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 7 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a heavy saucepan melt the butter.

  • Step 2: Add evaporated milk, sugar, and coffee granules. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly until the temperature reaches 235 degrees. Remove from heat and and raspberry chocolate chips and the bittersweet chocolate.Stir the mixture until all ingredients are melted.

  • Step 3: Add the marshmallow cream and stir until blended. Stir in the vanilla.

  • Step 4: Pour into a lightly greased 9 X 13 inch pan.

  • Step 5: Cut in bite sized squared when cooled.
