Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds pork liver
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 envelope (40 gram) dry onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon ground savoury
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place all the ingredients in food processor and pulse until pureed

  • Step 2: Generously grease a loaf pan and pour the mixture in pan.

  • Step 3: Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 1/2 hours, until cooked through, or until meat thermometer inserted into the center of the loaf reads 170 degrees.

  • Step 4: Allow cooling for 15 minutes before removing from pan.

  • Step 5: Slice and serve.
