Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat the inside of a 1-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
Step 2: Combine squash and apples with lemon juice and cinnamon in a large bowl. Toss to coat well. Place in casserole.
Step 3: Sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour apple juice over mixture.
Step 4: Cover casserole with lid or foil and bake 1 hour, or until squash is tender.
