Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice,
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (or more)
  • 3 tablespoon capers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Ground pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Place cauliflower on a greased baking sheet, lined with foil.

  • Step 3: Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic capers and salt together. Pour over cauliflower; toss to coat evenly. Roast in oven for 15 minutes, until golden and caramelized. (turning once, halfway through cooking time.

  • Step 4: Remove from oven; place in a bowl or on a platter, sprinkle with pepper and garnish with cheese.
