Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 5 cups bok choy, chopped (baby bok choy, cleaned, chopped into bite size pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons gingerroot, grated
  • 3 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
  • 2 teaspoon oil (olive oil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat your oil in a large skillet or wok. medium heat

  • Step 2: Add ginger and garlic

  • Step 3: Saute for 2 minutes or until the garlic is lightly browned, and aromatic

  • Step 4: Add Bok Choy, noodles and soy sauce

  • Step 5: Toss the Bok Choy and noodles for about 3 minutes or until it is just heated through and still crisp

  • Step 6: Season with salt & pepper
