Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 ounces sliced bread (3 slices of choice I used Italian and rye)
  • 4 ounces sliced bacon (3 slices thick sliced bacon, fried crisp)
  • 1 ounce Swiss cheese (1 slice)
  • 1 tablespoon Stilton cheese, crumbled
  • 4 to 6 ounces turkey breast, cooked (sliced, leftover)
  • 1/2 cup stuffing, prepared (I used a mushroom stuffing)
  • 1/4 cup sauerkraut (leftover)
  • Spicy brown mustard, to taste
  • Mayonnaise, to taste (wasabi-horseradish mayonnaise)
  • Ranch dressing, to taste (three-cheese)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hot sauce, to taste (I used Jump Up and Smack Your Mom, my original sauce.)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Lay out your slices of bread.

  • Step 2: On bottom slice place mustard, bacon, stuffing and crumbled Stilton cheese.

  • Step 3: On second slice place Horseradish mayo, turkey, Swiss cheese and kraut.

  • Step 4: Spread ranch dressing on third slice, salt and pepper.

  • Step 5: Add hot sauce if using and place on top of sandwich.

  • Step 6: Finish assembly, cut in half and serve.
