Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2: Beat together the butter and sugar; blend in flour and then stir in the chopped pecans.
Step 3: Press into a 9x13 or 7 1/2x12 pan.
Step 4: Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool thoroughly.
Step 5: Combine cream cheese and icing sugar.
Step 6: Add 2 cups Cool Whip or whipped cream.
Step 7: Spread this over the cooled crust; put in fridge to set up.
Step 8: Combine chocolate pudding with 1 cup milk, beat for 2 minutes; pour over cream cheese layer; refrigerate until set.
Step 9: Combine butterscotch pudding with 1 cup milk, beat for 2 minutes; pour over chocolate layer; refrigerate until set.
Step 10: Top with 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip or whipped cream and grate chocolate bar over top.
Step 11: Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
