Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 onion, finely chopped (small onion, I used 1/4 cup)
  • 1 garlic clove minced (1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, minced (or parsley, I left it out)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
  • 2 cans (15 ounce each) pinto beans, rinsed and drained (I used 1 can)
  • 2/3 cup salsa (I used 1/3)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In large skillet our saucepan,cook onion, garlic,and cilantro in oil until tender.

  • Step 2: Stir in beans and salsa,simmer on low heat until completely heated through.
