  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese (roasted garlic cream cheese)
  • 6 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup salsa sauce
  • 3 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • Sprinkle of hot pepper flakes (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put the cheeses and salsa sauce in 9 inch glass pie plate.

  • Step 2: Place in the microwave and cook on high for about 1 to 2 minutes or until everything has softened.

  • Step 3: Remove from microwave, add the taco seasoning and hot pepper flakes if using and mix well

  • Step 4: Place in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Step 5: Turn the broiler on, broil for a few minutes, until top layer of cheese bubbles.

  • Step 6: Remove from oven, allow cooling for 15 minutes.

  • Step 7: Serve with nacho chips.
