Step 1: Melt 1/2 cup regular size chocolate chips in a double boiler.
Step 2: Meanwhile, using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add confectioners sugar, graham crumbs, vanilla and salt, and blend well. Mix in the melted chocolate and the remaining 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. Cool mixture in the freezer until firm, about 15 min.
Step 3: Hand-roll into balls the size of large marbles.
Step 4: Roll balls in coconut, sprinkles or graham crumbs until well coated. Return to freezer and chill thoroughly, about 15 min., or until ready to serve or wrap up.
