  • 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped (2-3 large, seeded, finely chopped)
  • 2 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, thinly sliced
  • 4 bread buns (burger buns)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Thoroughly mix the meat and the peppers

  • Step 2: Shape into 4 patties apprx 1/2 inch thick

  • Step 4: Cook the patties over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes each side until nicely browned and cooked to your liking

  • Step 5: Place the cheese on the patties for the last minute of cooking allowing it to melt

  • Step 6: Dress the buns with your favorite condiments and enjoy
