Ingredients

  • 2 packages (10 ounce each) frozen chopped spinach (thawed, well drained)
  • 1 tub (8 ounce) cream cheese spread (Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread)
  • 3/4 cup ranch salad dressing (Kraft Classic)
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (divided, OR EVEN BETTER, use Kraft Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided)
  • 1 1/4 cup cracker crumbs, divided (Ritz crackers is best or other butter crackers)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  • Step 2: Combine first six ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Stir in 1 cup cheddar and 1/4 cup cracker crumbs.

  • Step 3: Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with remaining 1 cup crumbs and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.

  • Step 4: Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted.
