  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 2 plum tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 ounces thin sliced hard salami, cut into quarters
  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, torn into pieces (about 8 cups)
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing (regular or low-fat is fine)
  • 1 ounce fresh Parmesan cheese, finely grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Tear the romaine lettuce into a large serving bowl. Toss with the 1/2 C. Italian dressing.

  • Step 2: Arrange all the veggies and salami on top.
