Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 tablespoons bread & butter pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, minced
  • 1/2 sliced green onion (white & green parts, thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.

  • Step 2: Adjust seasoning and serve. Makes about 1 cup.

  • Note: you can substitute kosher pickles for the bread & butter. I like this best served at room temp, but any leftovers need to be stored in the refrigerator.
