Step 1: Combine all BBQ Sauce ingredients in pot and simmer on top of stove while chicken is cooking in skillet.
Step 2: In large skillet, melt oil and saute chicken over medium heat until browned.
Step 3: Add all fajita ingredients, except for tortillas, to slow cooker, stir well and cook on low 3-4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink and veggies are tender.
Step 4: Add tomatoes and corn and cook 30 to 45 minutes or until heated through. Place a little in each tortilla, top with cheese, if desired, and serve. Makes 4+ servings.
