Step 1: Cut the top off each passionfruit and scoop out the pulp and juice. Strain the juice and use a spoon to scrape against the side of the strainer to get the juice out of the pulp.
Step 2: In a pitcher combine the juice with the rum, sugar, and ice. Stir well. (When I make a single serving, I use a cocktail shaker)
Step 3: Pour the mixture into 4 glasses. Add a dash of bitters and sprinkle nutmeg over each. Serve.
